Who Is This Course Designed For:

This course is designed to ensure that all candidates are aware of their own safety and the safety of customers, contractors and the public. This is a CIEH-accredited course and successful candidates will receive a Level 2 Health and Safety in the Workplace certificate. The CIEH recommend that this qualification is refreshed at least every 3 years.

The basis of British health and safety law is the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974. This Act sets out the general duties which employers have towards employees' and members of the public. It also sets out duties that employees should have themselves towards eachother.
