This course is designed to empower employees and to have an appreciation and awareness of what mental health actually means. Course attendees will be able to identify the meaning of mental health and mental ill health. Analyse some of the different and varying types of Mental Health conditions. To be able to assist co-workers in the working environment with support and potentially signpost to support networks. To reduce the negative impact that is perceived by mental health.
