​The CSS Charitable Trust was presented with a cheque from Charlie Wightman & Toni Wightman, from their fund raising for the Dave Wightman Classic Invitational Golf Day which took part at the Colne Valley Golf Club recently. The event was organised by the Wightman family in memory of David Wightman who sadly lost his battle with cancer in September 2020.David was born and lived in Braintree all his life

A huge thank you goes to Charlie and Toni and all that took part on the day.We are extremely grateful to all.

The CSS Charitable Trust was nominated as the chosen Charity for the day and the cheque presented to CSS Trustee, Elaine Blanche, was for £1,600. The CSS Charitable Trust was set up in 2013 to provide assistance to worthy causes within the Braintree District.
