We are pleased to announce that we have renewed our ALP membership for 2023.

Labour providers such as CSS play a vital role in supplying the workforce across the industrial, warehousing, food processing and manufacturing sectors.

The Association of Labour Providers (ALP) is the specialist trade association promoting responsible recruitment for labour providers.

Established in 2004 at the instigation of the UK government, ALP is a specialist trade association promoting responsible recruitment and good practice for organisations that supply the workforce to the food processing, agricultural and wider consumer goods supply chain.

It has had, and continues to have, a significant effect on government and regulatory policy and provides a range of very useful information and services to it's members.

The ALP’s mission is for “UK labour provision to be recognised as a model of global good practice” achieved through six policy focus areas:

• Access to Labour

• Fair Charge Rates

• Fair to Workers

• Fair Competition

• Responsible Recruitment

ALP represents and supports us to ensure that the provision, use and management of labour our sector is recognised as a model of good practice. CSS are very proud of our membership with the ALP.
