We are looking for a motivated and organised Administrator to join our clients friendly team based in Earls Colne.
This is a key role within their business, supporting customers and ensuring smooth order processing from start to finish.
Working Hours
Monday - Friday
7:30am - 4:30pm
Main Responsibilities:
Handle customer enquiries in a professional and helpful manner
Process online orders accurately and efficiently
Liaise with suppliers and delivery partners to ensure timely fulfilment
Maintain and update customer records and order databases
Assist with general office administration
Provide excellent customer service at all times.
Skills & Experience:
Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role
Strong attention to detail and accuracy when processing orders
Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and online order systems
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks
Pay Rate
£12.50 per hour
