What You'll Do
Create and run engaging campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and X
Produce eye-catching content that sparks conversations and engagement
Be comfortable appearing on camera occasionally to feature in content and campaigns
Monitor metrics and use insights to improve performance
Collaborate with the team to brainstorm new ideas for competitions and promotions
Build a loyal online community by engaging with followers
As this is a small, close-knit team, what you do and create really matters. You’ll be a core part of building something amazing, and your ideas and expertise will have a direct impact on the company’s growth and success.
About You
Experienced in marketing and social media management
Creative, with a flair for writing and visual content
Comfortable appearing on camera and showcasing personality in content
Analytical and confident turning data into actionable strategies
Passionate about trends, competitions, and community engagement

Salary
£30,000 - £40,000 per annum
