​We are currently recruiting Production Operatives for a frozen food manufacturing company located in Boston.

The candidate will be working with Line Leaders & other staff involved in the packing of quality frozen products to the point that it is supermarket ready.

It will involve removing all foreign material (FM) such as wood, plastic, paper from the product and ensuring that all safety checks and procedures are followed. Previous food production experience is desirable but not necessary.

It's a heavy duty role, candidate must be able to perform physical tasks such as lifting and stacking.

Pay Rates

• £12.60 - £13.14 per hour

• Overtime is paid after 40 hours and is 1.5 x basic rate, with double pay on Sundays and Bank Holidays

• Shifts rotate on a weekly basis
