The company is looking for a driven and organised Internal Sales Staff to lead outbound sales activity focused on cold calling existing customers. This role plays a key part in strengthening customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute outbound cold-calling activity to existing customers

• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities

• Track performance, KPI’s and conversion rates

• Work closely with marketing to align sales calls with campaigns and offers

• Provide feedback on customer needs, trends and objections

• Ensure a professional, compliant and customer-focused sales approach
